How do I take my herbs?

You’ll go home with a custom powdered formula which is mixed with warm water and drunk daily. We’ll provide specific instructions on how to take them.

 

Can I combine acupuncture and herbal medicine?

Yes! We highly recommend it. If you’d like to do both during the same visit, you can schedule an acu-herb appointment. We’ll fill the herbs for you while you’re receiving your acupuncture.

We source our herbs from trusted companies that third-party batch test their herbs to ensure quality, authenticity, and the absence of contaminants.
